The last Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on the 15th May 2024.

During the AGM, the allotment members agreed to keep Phil as the Chairman, Alec Thomson as Treasurer and Sheridan Malpass as the Secretary.

The next AGM will be held on the 14th May 2025. Here any issues and concerns are raised, agreements are made on events and social functions for the next 12 months, and the committee members are all agreed upon.
